Original box and swing tag. The cow is in new, mint condition. The box is in good condition with a sticker that is not part of the original packaging.

"Burdigala" is the Latin/Roman name for Bordeaux, so the cow's name translates roughly to "Cow of Bordeaux."

Vacca Burdigala is a cow with an aggressive, bull-like posture — as if ready to charge — which initially unnerved construction workers who set up scaffolding on a neighboring building in July 2010. Once you got to know her, though, she was as approachable as her fellow cows. She served as a guardian figure, placed at the Bijouterie Fontan (a jewelry store), and took her protective role seriously.
